I had to order a USB keyboard to reset it myself to avoid having to bring it in again and again. I also have had this issue repeatedly with my 2019 Odyssey (infotainment freezing, won’t shut off even when car is off, wont update, sound goes out…I could keep going on and on with the issues) and Honda just says I need to come in and have it reset.

I have paid a full price for a defective vehicle, that now needs to be refurbished. Now I have to take time off work again to take the car in.
The problem re-appeared and the screen restarted once while we were driving, and then shut off. AFter spending a lot of time we decided to leave the vehicle until they were confident the problem was gone. Once in Honda Village, they wanted to do a factory reset again. When we went back, they witnessed the issue and recommended taking it back to the dealership where we got the car from, Honda Village in Newton, MA. The problem re-appeared as soon as we drove out of the parking lot.
Took it to the closer Honda dealership, and they did a factory reset because they could not reproduce the problem.
Started having problems with cracking radio, cabin camera and rearview camera not working, etc. Just got a 2020 Odyssey touring a month ago.
